How much previous experience do you have with HL2RP?:
Been roleplaying for around 4 years and ever since I got Garry's Mod.
How much experience do you have with roleplaying outside of HL2RP?:
Nearly all of my roleplay experience is in HL2RP which is around 4 years, but my hours in Garry's Mod might make you think otherwise.
Do you have previous experience roleplaying as part of the Combine Civil Authority before?:
Yes, I have done it multiple times, I have also been a high ranking unit. P.S. I think everyone says that, there is no real way of proving it so you are just going to have to trust my word.
Why do you want the CCA whitelist on our server?:
Because I think it is very fun and exciting roleplay, I really like to play CCA and I think that I can do it quite well.
What is your characters backstory?: (At least two well written paragraphs)

October 15th, 1991, London.
The weather was rainy and it was late in the evening, it was nearing Six o' clock. Shaun was soon to be born, his mother was in a hospital, patiently awaiting the time until little Shaun was ready to be born. A few minutes had gone past Six and it was time for Shaun to be born, soon enough, Clara, Shaun's mother, had begun the birth procedure of Shaun, it took a few hours, but surely enough a beautiful baby boy was born.
Both of his parents were so happy, Clara and Karlyle that was. Shaun's parents hadn't yet named the baby, but they knew that they will have to do it soon, but they had no worries as they had already settled on the name Shaun.
October 20th, 1991, London.
A few days had passed since the birth of Shaun, the whole family was back at their cozy apartment, it was nearing Seven O' Clock, the time at which Karlyle comes home from work every day, Karlyle worked at a small shop, but it was getting good money for the family to live nicely, Shaun's mother wasn't working at the time, because she was taking care of Shaun. Clara was singing a cute little song to little Shaun as he was gently beggining to drift off to sleep in his little cratle, suddenly a quiet door creek, it was a door opening and closing and then steps of a man, it was Karlyle, he had finally come home from work. Clara silently left Shaun's room and then left the door open just a bit, so some light would shine in Shaun's room.
September 1st, 1998, London.
It was an exciting day for young Shaun! Shaun had turned 7 years old last month and today was the day he would start school, he was excited, his parents were even more excited. Shaun had gotten all dressed up in a little pretty suit that his parents had bought him, he fit in quite well with the other kids, following the days and years after his first school day, Shaun really got into learning and was a very smart child, he was one of the smartest in the class and always impressed the teachers.
October 15th, 2009, London.
It was a big day for Shaun, he was turning 18 years old today, that meant he was an adult now. Shaun was celebrating with his parents and it just was a great time all together, some relatives had come over, his grandparents, cousins and people like that, Shaun had a really nice time and he knew that he really could love his family.
January, 2018, London.
Shaun had already started living on his own, it was a very good life that he had until one morning, he suddenly awoke by a loud bang, he quickly jumped up from his bed and then saw a large portal in the sky, Shaun almost fell over, he was quite scared, but then he came to his senses and regained his thoughts, he then quickly got dressed into some clothing and ran down the stairs and out onto the street, other folk had been gathered there also, Shaun then looked up at the portal and saw stuff coming out from it, soon enough he heard shots. The war had begun... Shaun was quickly captured by the forces that had come through the portal to wage war on earth, it was like in the movies.
January, 2018, London.
Few hours had passed, a day at most, Shaun awoke inside of a train, he looked outside the windows and they had already ridden out of the city and were in a deep forest already, taking them to god knows where, after a few hours that seemed like an eternity, the train finally stopped, they had arrived at their destination, it was a city, but it looked changed, there were people that Shaun did not recognize walking around, soon enough he and the others were shoved out of the train and into the city.
March, 2019, City 17.
Shaun had gotten used to the life under the new rulers, he expected a beating from the Civil Protection, but he still remained loyal as he wanted to still have a fairly easy life, Shaun had no idea where his family was, but he missed them. Shaun had now been living in the city they called City 17 for a year now and he had already made some friends with the other citizens, one day Shaun had decided that he wanted to become a Civil Protection unit, he had heard they have many benefits, and soon enough, he found a terminal and made an application that he sent in and is now patiently waiting the response.
Please give an RP example (of at least 10 lines) of any interaction you expect you may be engaged in as a unit:
During my daily patrol, I would spot a citizen that was running and now has approached another citizen and begun to yell at him.
/radio 10-91d at my 10-20 tagged with two Level One violations.
*Radio* XXX Proceed with prosecution.

/me would grab onto his stunstick and then unclip it from his belt.
/me would walk up to the citizen that is yelling at the other citizen
Citizen said "You can go f*#@ yourself, Steven!"

*The citizen would then get spooked for a moment, he would then walk up to the wall and then place his hands on it*
/me would then take a look at the other citizen.
"Isolate!"

/me would grab onto his datapad and then unclip it from his belt, he would then input the data and begin to view it.
/radio 10-91d, Joseph Rodgers, #42312, comes up clean. Prosecuting.
/me would take a look at his stunstick and then set it to medium using a small button on the handle of it, he would then flick on the stunstick.
/me would then hit the citizen in the back with the stunstick until he would fall unconscious.
/me unflick his stunstick and then places it back onto his belt.
/me would then grab the man by his neck and begin to drag him into the nexus.
I would then take the citizen to the cells and place him inside one of them. After his sentence is served, I would knock him out again and then drop him off by the apartments.

I wish to serve the Union and our benefactors, I want to help in maintaining order within the city and preserve the city civilized. I have seen a few crimes and I have tried to report them, but it has never been enough, I want to actually help and do something against these people that just break the stability of this fine city.

I think that I should be selected, because I have what it takes to learn and not give up at the first problem as a Unit, I have been loyal to the city and have never commited a crime, I should be accepted, because I will do anything that I am ordered to do.
